1. Is renting a calculator easy?
Yes. Renting a calculator takes about 2-3 minutes, on-line or over the phone.

2. For how long may I keep the calculator?
You may keep the calculator for as long or as little as you wish. Calculators are rented on a "month to month" basis, there are no late fees, and you conveniently pay-as-you-go.

3. What happens when I'm done using the calculator?
When you are done using the calculator, simply return it. Send it back at anytime.

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping via First-Class (2-3 day delivery) is $3.95 flat rate to all 50 states in the U.S.
Shipping via Express-Mail (next day delivery) is $16.50 flat rate to all 50 states in the U.S.

5. When would my package be shipped?
We ship calculators daily. Orders placed BEFORE the following times are shipped on the SAME day.
11:00am PST (pacific time)
12:00pm MST (mountain time)
01:00pm CST (central time)
02:00pm EST (eastern time)
Orders placed AFTER these times are shipped on the NEXT business day.

6. When would my calculator be delivered?
First-Class will deliver your calculator within 2-3 business days.
Express-Mail will deliver your calculator next day or 2nd day and it is 100% guaranteed to arrive on time.

7. Ok, where do I start?

Any student may rent a calculator regardless of his or her gender, ethnicity, religion, social status, income level, grade point average (GPA), level of education, academic areas of interest, school of attendance, or geographical location within the US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Our rentals inventory is composed of a combination of donated and purchased new, used, and refurbished calculators. Every used and refurbished calculator goes through a rigorous 25 point inspection before making it to the shelves, it is tested prior to shipping, and it is 100% guaranteed to function properly. Currently, the Texas Instruments TI-83 plus, TI-84 plus, TI-86 and TI-89 graphing calculators are available for rent on a monthly basis. However, the TI 83, TI 83+, TI 84+, and TI 89 are the four most popular graphing calculator rentals and their availability varies daily. The amount required to rent a graphic calculator assuming you do not have a school discount code or a student coupon depends on the model of the calculater, the following monthly rates apply to the different models; For the TI83 and TI83+ graphing calculaters is $9, for the TI84+ graphing calculator is $12, for the TI86 grafing calculator is $14, and for the TI89 graphics calculator is $16. You may want to ask your professor for your “School Discount Code” since it will provide you with $5 towards the first month of any graphing calculator rental, click on the “School Discount Codes” button for more information.

The difference is that when you lease something you usually agree to use it for a pre-determined period of time without having much flexibility on when to return it. When you rent a calculator you have the flexibility of keeping it longer or sending it back sooner than anticipated without any cancellation fees or time restrictions.
